Trade does not arrive, item is not withdrawn

Getting items from the site as a Steam balance (Battle Pass, Battle Pass Levels, Dota Plus and others)

The site has such items as - Battle Pass, Battle Pass Levels, Dota Plus and some others, which are withdrawn exclusively to the balance of your Steam account (LOGIN is used for this). If you are withdrawing such items for the first time, the site will notify you about this and offer to check the correctness of the specified login. Such items can only be withdrawn to accounts whose main currency is the ruble, and the region is Russia. Also, we CANNOT send these items to users from the following regions: Crimea, LPR, DPR and those users who have a red plate (CT) on their account. This is a limitation of Steam itself. If the currency or region of your account is different (₴, $, €, ₸ and others), we will not be able to withdraw such an item as a balance to your Steam account. Scammers are always on the alert, most likely a scammer wrote to you with the purpose of deception. Never provide any data from your Steam account and especially do not return the items you won to such people. Refuse any offers from a scammer, and do not forget to block this user and complain about him on Steam or VK. Remember, DotaFarm employees will never add you as a friend.
